It is a good indication that we have more control than we think. To me, the situation requires a holistic approach. Knowing that, how are you educating Tibetans on these matters and what has been the most effective way to educate them so far? First, by focusing broadly on public awareness and education campaigns. There is a need for broad scale public education and awareness about better digital hygiene practices.
