Carol decker autobiography of mississippi

It will make you cry laughing and you may get a lump in your throat with some sad times Carol is sharing with us. This book is witty, very sassy and it is such a good read. It's like they have been 'brand' names all this time. Which is why I know this book will appeal to a lot of people who grew up with Carol, and not just excusively those who were listening to her music or were necessarily a big fan of the band.

For the first time, Carol talks of the 'bi-polar' lifestyle she lived. With the highs-and-lows and make-ups and break-ups including stories never before told from backstage and on the road touring. She is recounting in humorous prose how she went from the sleepy backwater of Shrewsbury to number one around the world. Carol with her new pal Bryan Adams who T'Pau supported in The following piece isn't mentioned in the book, but I wanted to share with you one of Carol's first ever reviews back in My god, he was so right!!

The album showcased Carol's 'unique' and 'refreshing' vocals which the music scene was crying out for! Carol did, however, have a huge fan after she had finished her short set. Fans have said they would love to have them released on a CD. Well, Universal have included these three tracks as 'Exclusive New Tracks' at the end of disc 3 and they will finally be available to own as a physical release!!

The 'Prestigious' Heritage Chart was formed in where it would see 2 of T'Pau's latest offerings do exceptionally well!! The chart is broadcast to many radio stations across the world and people have to vote for their favourite tunes. Be Wonderful got to 1 in this chart. Check out the three 'new' tunes below. Be Wonderful. Guess Who's Sorry Now.

All in all, this collection is a bargain at the price it is being sold for!! The Essential T'Pau is out now!! Top reviews from other countries. This book is a great read and some great pictures too! As a previous reviewer said it's very honest and covers the high and lows and what success can do to you as a person, and all the people that you mix with.

The group T'pau should have had more success as all their albums are brilliant and not just the debut as other's have said, and that's the problem with the British charts at the time,as their live shows were also amazing,as carol really delivered those songs for a ready to go Glasgow crowd during the RAGE tour of So thanks Carol for the book and I may even email her official website as I would love an autograph from her,as she is the best soaring vocalist out there with the best octave range, and If I was in a group and releasing albums I would ask her to guest vocal on a few tracks as well.

Carol decker autobiography of mississippi

Good read. She does not hold back from going into the family and personal stuff. Maybe bit shorter than expected. She comes across as a very honest and forthright person, with many ups and downs, who has analysed her life and learned lessons from it. Her current life and work is clearly her happiest era. Like a long chat with an old friend - if your friend is a superstar, that is!
